You have great organizational skills and enjoy working with people? You speak fluent English and German and would like to coordinate a dynamic office in the heart of Stuttgart? For an international IT consulting company, we are looking for a motivated Office Coordinator.
THE COMPANY:
Our client is one of the biggest IT & Consultancy companies worldwide with offices in over 50 locations and more than 200 000 employees worldwide. The company has over 40 years of service and a wide range of expertise – Blockchain, Applied AI, Engineering Services, Data Analytics, Cyber Security and many more. For the new office in Stuttgart, they are searching for a communicative and flexible Office Coordinator to support ongoing office processes and assist staff.
YOUR TASKS:
· You take care of all office coordination: responsibility for office management, customer service, internal and external event organization
· You are the main point of contact for internal employees as well as external partners, especially for the project management and compliance teams
· You welcome and greet guests; coordinate their meetings and appointments
· Yo organize meetings, prepare and coordinate events
· You manage incoming post and phone enquiries in English and German
YOUR PROFILE:
· Initial professional experience in Office Management, Team Assistance, Customer Support, Administrative or Hospitality related jobs
· You are flexible and enjoy working with different nationalities
· You have a strong attention to detail, punctuality and organizational skills
· Fluent German and English language skills
