· Template management: maintenance, consolidation & standardisation
· Processing requests for updated or new templates
· Developing a proposal for streamlining the corporate presentation of the company’s documents and use of metadata
· Participate in template related communication & training activities
· Monitor the document management system & other information management activities
· Carry out reporting tasks
· Participate in digitisation activities
· Secondary education degree
· First experience in information management and modern document control
· Fluency in written and spoken English
· Great analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to set priorities
· Excellence in MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
