Executive Assistant (m/f/d) - Frankfurt am Main Full-time – From July 2023 Permanent Contract

The client is an international private equity and investment advisory firm with offices worldwide. For their Frankfurt team of ca. 10 members, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator to join in July. The role includes a broad range of organizational and administrative tasks to support Managing Directors and general office operations.


Tasks


  • Diary management and scheduling appointments

  • Travel management

  • Intern Management (Interview scheduling, Job Ad organization, on/offboarding, certificate, and contract management)

  • Maintaining and managing ongoing office operations

  • Reception and guest management

  • Processing expenses and invoices, overseeing the internal budget

  • Organizing team-related events and activities

  • Organizing meetings, events, setting up the rooms


Requirements


  • University degree or completed professional training

  • Professional experience in a related position, preferred within the banking or consultancy field (not a must)

  • Fluent in German and English

  • High attention to detail, great organizational and communication skills

  • Hands-on work approach
