Office Coordinator (part-time)

Office Coordinator (m/f/d) Frankfurt am Main - to start in January 2022 12-18 month contract 20h/ week

THE COMPANY:

The client is a multinational information technology company with offices in over 46 different locations worldwide with the headquarter in Bangalore. They specialize in providing digital services and consultancy in the areas of cloud, digital marketing, data analytics, application development and maintenance, AI, blockchain etc.


THE TASKS:

  • You manage all ongoing office operations: main point of contact for housekeeping, technical team, external suppliers and vendors; you welcome and greet guests

  • You supervise facilities, record information using internal systems and manage compliances

  • You manage incoming e-mails and phone enquiries

  • You provide staff members of proper working material and are the point of contact for any ongoing matters


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Recent graduates or 1-2 years of professional experience in Admin, Office Management, Team Assistance or similar

  • Experience with MS Office and other systems (a plus)

  • Energetic, hands-on mentality and strong interpersonal skills

  • Fluent English (at least C1) and German language (at least B2) skills
