THE COMPANY:

The client is one of the biggest automobile sales companies worldwide with its headquarter in Seoul and other offices in various European cities. They specialize in IT services and lead mobility innovation on an international scale. The HR department is currently searching for an HR & Recruitment Specialist to join in full-time.

YOUR TASKS:

• You meet hiring goals by filling open IT roles

• Schedule and conduct phone, video and in-house interviews

• Create job ads, review and screen incoming applications

• Work closely with external recruitment agencies and review the candidates they send

• Participate in various employer branding activities

• Onboard new employees and support them with relocation

• Support the exit formalities for the employees

• General HR tasks & team support

YOUR PROFILE:

• University degree or professional training

• 1-4 years of professional experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition

• Fluent German and English skills

• Ideally experience in recruiting IT specialists

• Excellent communication skills

• You are a great team player
