Import- Export & B2B Specialist (multilingual)

On behalf of an international trade and manufacture company in Hanau, we are looking for a English+Russian or English + Spanish speaking Import- Export specialist to support clients and manage import- & export business processes. If you have great communication skills and professional experience in logistics, international trade, or B2B sales, this is your chance!

THE JOB:

· You support the sales department in the processing of purchasing and sales transactions

· You are responsible for processing of orders: recording new orders, registering confirmations, customs clearance documents, delivery papers and invoices

· You are the point of contact for domestic and international clients, suppliers, agents

· Support sales department in managing of international trade and sales transactions

REQUIREMENTS:

· Completed commercial education in Business, International Trade, Sales, Logistics, Export, Customer Support, Business Development or similar

· Initial experience in import- and export business, sales background a plus

· You have great communication skills & enjoy working with customers and business partners

· Fluency in English and Spanish or English and Russian (German and other languages a plus)
