On behalf of a renowned international chemistry enterprise located in Eschborn (Frankfurt am Main) we are looking for a motivated candidate to support the Sales division in full time. The company has an international work environment with offices in major European cities as well as in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.

YOUR DUTIES:

• Support existing customer correspondence as well as administration

• Processing of orders: receipt, internal processing, payment monitoring of payment in advance and monitoring of monthly / annual target achievement

• Maintenance of customer data in the SAP

• Accompanying the entire sales process as a member of the customer service team; processing complaints and handling returns

• Sales support for new customer acquisition as well as for the expansion of customer relations

• Implementation of price measures

• Communication within European sales team and with the headquarter in Korea

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed commercial training, Bachelor's degree or equivalent training

• Professional experiences in Sales, Logistics, Customer Support or skills related to Korean business

• You have excellent communication skills and empathy in dealing with international business partners

• Fluency in English and Korean

• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular)
