THE COMPANY:
Our client is a leading recruitment-consultative technology solutions provider with 19 locations and a wide range of expertise. For their international team in Frankfurt, we are searching for a motivated candidate with fluent English and German skills to support of all operational & business activities – manage data, sheets, outgoing invoices as well as monthly statement and general daily operational activities within DACH region.
THE TASKS:
General operations support including deal data maintenance, vendor and client data updates in Salesforce
Raising account receivable / account payable invoices
Administration of candidate timesheets and client invoices
Following up on purchase orders and attaching them in Salesforce
Team support with ongoing internal enquiries
Ad Hoc admin work. (post, filling etc)
Incoming and outgoing emails, keep the admin inbox organised at all time
Working with the sales associates to ensure all contract administration is done within a timely manner
YOUR PROFILE:
Professional experience in Administrative field, Office Management, Customer Support or related
You have strong attention to detail
Excellent German and fluent English skills
Ability to work with spreadsheets, invoices, numbers and data
