(Senior) Accountant Iberia (ES/PT)
Location: Munich
Fulltime 40 hrs /week

Your tasks:
Support to the Finance Manager for all processes and activities related to the accounting of general ledger, account receivables and account payables.
Support on credit collection, dunning process, payment flow and customer management in terms of credit scoring and limits.
Support in the execution of month-end and year-end closings according to internal and external regulations. This includes preparation of monthly and annual statements and reports.
Booking of bank transactions and performing necessary reconciliations on bank and Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable sub-ledger.
Support on processes and activities related to the accounting of GL, AR and AP.
Stock reconciliations, statistics (INE, Ecoembes), accruals, taxes and other finance and administrative tasks.
KA´s management (ECI, Amazon)
Respond as reliable and competent contact person for other departments (Customer Service, Sales Team, Retail, Marketing) and external parties like local advisors, tax authorities, customers and auditors.
Your profile:
Finance, Economics or Business and Management education, ideally from a Spanish University.
Spanish and English full proficiency.
MS Office skills (especially Excel).
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience on similar roles. Ideally +4 years.
Eager to learn and work in Finance/Accounting.
Proactivity and capacity to work independently.
Analytical mindset and commitment to achieve.
Ability to prioritize, multitasking and meet deadlines.
