The client is one of the leading global suppliers of industrial components with over 6.000 employees worldwide and leading operations in 32 countries. Since 1937 the company is producing diverse products for all types of applications - electrical, engineering tools, automation and measurement equipment. For their expanding HR division in Frankfurt, we are looking for an experienced End-to-End Recruiter who will manage the candidate sourcing and the talent acquisition process for Germany, Benelux and Poland along with the main HR Team as well as external managers.
Your Tasks:
End-to-end recruitment of senior and mid-senior roles in Benelux, Germany and Poland in English and German
Active sourcing of potential candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter, internal Talent Pool and other channels
Conduct extensive candidate assessment and interviews
Collaborate with line managers to understand their specific recruitment needs in the particular office & location
Work closely with the main HR team in Frankfurt in all ongoing HR projects
Your Profile:
Several years of professional experience in HR, End-to-End Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
Experience in candidate sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter or other resources
You are fluent in English and German
Practical experience with HR software (SuccessFactors, Workday or similar)
You enjoy working with candidates, clients and business partners of different backgrounds; you are proactive, self-driven and you have excellent communication skills
